Personally, I love perusing the Internet for cool pictures. Sometimes they're pictures of cats, sometimes they're informative diagrams on the state of the environment.
Today I've put together an assortment of random interesting pictures for you, ranging from historical photos to architectural design to natural phenomena. Enjoy!

Hella creepy, but also hella interesting. This is Miyake-jima Island, where citizens are required to carry a gas mask at all times due to the poisonous gases that leak up from the ground.
2. Iranian women during the Shah's White Revolution.
The Shah's White Revolution was a push towards westernization in the 1960s, which was ultimately undone by the Iranian Revolution.
